If you would like a session of Reiki healing for therapeutic purposes, or would like to learn Reiki, please contact me. I am in the Northern Virginia area.
One-on-one classes incorporate breathwork, meditation and YOGA exercises to activate/open your energy centers to access your energy to the maximum. My approach to Reiki is very spiritual. Individual attention and support and practice throughout and after classes are important and guaranteed. I do not have regularly scheduled classes because I work full time as a scientist, but I will schedule your class for you at our convenience, and accommodate you even though I am generally booked one or two months in advance.
