Astrological Readings are best done by using the correct birth time, birth place and birth date to draw an accurate chart.

Horary astrology, on the other hand, is based on a chart that deals with specific questions. This ancient branch of astrology is based on the time that the query was made to the astrologer. On the basis of the time that the question arises and was asked, a chart is drawn up, which will show details of what is going on in the present and how the future will be affected. A horary chart helps to answer questions about health, marriage, career, success in litigation, love, general success, and helps one decide on a particular course of action, based on whether the outcome will be beneficial or not.

Sometimes an astrological chart based on birth data and a Horary chart, used in conjunction, give results that have a high percentage of accuracy.

To draw up a chart, therefore, time, place and date are important parameters that an astrologer works with. If accurate birth information is unavailable, then I generally use Horary astrology, which produces accurate results by itself, for the question asked.
